My name is Tory Weber and my nickname is Toe, hence the Toe’s Town handle. The characters in Toe’s Town are always fresh and new. I use living and inanimate objects intermingled with our human dimension to create both visual and conversational humor. The combination of the world as we know it with talking animals and inanimate objects made animate, spread over various timelines, offers an endless amount of runway from a creative/content perspective. I have endeavoured to write my greeting cards with everyday people’s issues in mind, then tell the story in such a way that the reader can see themselves or their peers as one of the characters in the comic, laugh, but not be offended.
